Tara Puja March 17th – 1pm

 Tara Puja

Tara is known as the “Mother of all Buddhas” for she represents the wisdom of reality from which all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are born. The Tara Puja includes offering and requests to Mother Tara to help us overcome the many inner and external obstacles to our spiritual development and to achieve success in our Dharma practice.

This practice/puja serves to deepen our connection to this female embodiment of compassion. Because Tara dispels obstacles to our practice, Lama Zopa Rinpoche has suggested that students perform the ritual when circumstances seem the bleakest.

Please bring an item for our food bank collection. By donation. Everyone welcome.
